Great place with friendly staff! The work to be performed was explained well when we did a walk around the vehicle. Price is reasonable, and they don't try to push you for anything unnecessary. My roommate, his gf, and myself all use this place and will continue to do so. Car feels great and rides smooth. Happy customer!!

My car had 12k miles and was only 8 months old when I came here. The car was taken here by the body shop after a rear end collision that required an alignment. I had to return 3 times afterwards because the car was still not right. In the initial alignment, the rear right toe was out of spec. I picked the car up the next day. The steering wheel had to be turned a little to the right. The printout also showed that the rear right toe was out of spec, so I returned the next day to have these issues corrected. This time, they were able to get the rear right toe in spec, but now the total rear toe was out of spec. Before leaving, I asked them why the total rear toe was out of spec. They told me that since the car was not brand new, it wouldn't be able to be aligned to spec! Unbelievable. I took it back to the body shop, and they decided to replace any remaining rear suspension parts, to rule out any underlying causes. I was looking for a local black business to support recently and I am so happy I found Domain. What a lovely offering of home goods, jewelry, bath products, and more. I ordered a few items online and received them in record time with a very sweet personalized note. I ordered again over the holiday weekend and already received my order in the mail, with beautiful gift wrap, 2 days later. I couldn't recommend Domain more and can't wait to continue shopping with them!

I won't be shopping here ever again. During my recent visit, the customer service was rude and extremely unhelpful. Here's what happened: I used the wrong card to make my nearly $200 purchase. The purchase cleared; it wasn't a matter of affording it. I just should have used a different card, which was my mistake. I returned the next day, asking for help to see if they would credit that card back and allow me to pay with a different card. I was told flat out that it wasn't possible. They completely refused. They could not process a credit/return back to the card. What business is unable to process a return back on credit card? When I asked how they did their returns, the attitude turned almost antagonistic. I was told they only do in-store credit. They didn't even have any alternative ideas. If they had wanted cash, I would have paid in cash. If they wanted to charge a fee for the inconvenience, I would have paid that. They were completely unwilling to be helpful. I really wish that I c
