I ordered an Aventon Abound from Cantonsville for my wife. I really didn't know anything about the bike because it was new to the market. The owner walked me through every option and helped answer every question. They ordered my bike, assembled it exact to spec with great attention to detail, a full turn key experience. Absolutely incredible bike shop and staff! They will go above an beyond to make sure you get what you need. I live an hour away and I will travel just to do business with them. You guys made a lifetime customer!

My car had 12k miles and was only 8 months old when I came here. The car was taken here by the body shop after a rear end collision that required an alignment. I had to return 3 times afterwards because the car was still not right. In the initial alignment, the rear right toe was out of spec. I picked the car up the next day. The steering wheel had to be turned a little to the right. The printout also showed that the rear right toe was out of spec, so I returned the next day to have these issues corrected. This time, they were able to get the rear right toe in spec, but now the total rear toe was out of spec. Before leaving, I asked them why the total rear toe was out of spec. They told me that since the car was not brand new, it wouldn't be able to be aligned to spec! Unbelievable. I took it back to the body shop, and they decided to replace any remaining rear suspension parts, to rule out any underlying causes. I called around for quotes when we bought our home in 2021 and All Star won us over. We have an annual contract with them and they do a great job of managing pest issues in our older home. They are responsive, come out immediately if we have an issue between quarterly services, and are friendly and professional. This includes the technicians and the office staff! When I thought we had a termite issue, they came out the next day and diagnosed carpenter and pavement ants (so relieved) and set up a treatment for them the next day. We also talked about termite prevention and decided to go ahead and install a system for prevention because the price and maintenance schedule was reasonable. Love All Star! Highly recommend!
