Katie and the whole team I engaged with — Jessica, John, Willis, Zack — are AMAZING! I highly recommend them and as a new homeowner, I am truly grateful that I found them. They explain the work in layman's terms and provide detailed explanations and fully disclose / discuss pricing. No surprises. They are thorough, clean (they always use drop cloths and clean up well!) - just true professionals. Highly recommend.

One of the cleanest and best organized comic stores I have ever step foot in. I live some 3 hours away and stopped in by chance waiting to pick up someone from the airport. I have since been back while traveling to DC. The owners are very friendly and helpful. At the time I was filling in common comics 2-4 years old. I found a bunch of well maintained back issues (with bags and boards) in their bargain bin on the cheap!

Their food is highly regarded. The service is exceptional. They just don't have very much vegan choices. There is also a dessert Bakery in the same shop. I often buy cookies for the employees of the bicycle shop on the other end of the building. They really enjoy the cookies. A dozen cookies costs around $25.

This is the first time we've used Flue Masters, but it won't be the last. Tom did a great job cleaning our fireplace, including removing a heavy creosote buildup in our smoke chamber that had become a real concern to me. We'll definitely have him back because our smoke chamber needs reparging at some point, and we need some work done on the chimney cap. I can't think of anyone I would rather have to do that work.
