Great place with friendly staff! The work to be performed was explained well when we did a walk around the vehicle. Price is reasonable, and they don't try to push you for anything unnecessary. My roommate, his gf, and myself all use this place and will continue to do so. Car feels great and rides smooth. Happy customer!!

The professionalism shown from the initial inquiry with a Wanda the customer service rep as well as Paige, to Devin the technician that gave estimates for the project, to James and David the two technicians that did the actual assignment, was exemplary and what made it even better was personable manner of everyone. The elimination of the past odor from past tenant was very noticeable the minute the job was almost completed. The look of the carpet, though still damp as it was just completed, is soo much better than the state is was left in. James and David did a fabulous job. This was a great value for the cost and I couldn't ask for better.

Butch and the team at Arbutus Auto Body are just fantastic. We had to get some work done before a wedding so out-of-towners could borrow the car. They were competent and quick; later I came back with a minor bumper problem and Butch had me sorted and had on my way that day. The guys are honest here and do great work. I will be returning to Arbutus auto body!

Staff is really nice and friendly. Service is great and timely. Food is amazing. They have really good mid day specials. Crab nachos are amazing. Great drinks selection. They also have a wine store in the back. Flatbreads are yummy. Loved the crab and clam chowder soups
