Great place with friendly staff! The work to be performed was explained well when we did a walk around the vehicle. Price is reasonable, and they don't try to push you for anything unnecessary. My roommate, his gf, and myself all use this place and will continue to do so. Car feels great and rides smooth. Happy customer!!

My car had 12k miles and was only 8 months old when I came here. The car was taken here by the body shop after a rear end collision that required an alignment. I had to return 3 times afterwards because the car was still not right. In the initial alignment, the rear right toe was out of spec. I picked the car up the next day. The steering wheel had to be turned a little to the right. The printout also showed that the rear right toe was out of spec, so I returned the next day to have these issues corrected. This time, they were able to get the rear right toe in spec, but now the total rear toe was out of spec. Before leaving, I asked them why the total rear toe was out of spec. They told me that since the car was not brand new, it wouldn't be able to be aligned to spec! Unbelievable. I took it back to the body shop, and they decided to replace any remaining rear suspension parts, to rule out any underlying causes. My wife and I used Mr. McFarland to prepare our Will, Power of Attorney and Advanced Directives. Mr. McFarland took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the documents and was patient with our questions. Highly recommend. Great experience.

Visited here today, and honestly an 11/10 experience! I would say I'm a beginner/intermediate crocheter and Amanda helped me in detail what I should do to create my project. She also helped me find quality yarn in my budget as well. I also found some stuff not a lot of big chain stores have! The store has really nice and high quality yarn, although a bit over my budget, there's always something there for everyone :)
