Started and finished our bathroom in the time projected. Very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with. The craftsmen were all very talent and worked to make things perfect! It turned out beautiful🎈😊

My car had 12k miles and was only 8 months old when I came here. The car was taken here by the body shop after a rear end collision that required an alignment. I had to return 3 times afterwards because the car was still not right. In the initial alignment, the rear right toe was out of spec. I picked the car up the next day. The steering wheel had to be turned a little to the right. The printout also showed that the rear right toe was out of spec, so I returned the next day to have these issues corrected. This time, they were able to get the rear right toe in spec, but now the total rear toe was out of spec. Before leaving, I asked them why the total rear toe was out of spec. They told me that since the car was not brand new, it wouldn't be able to be aligned to spec! Unbelievable. I took it back to the body shop, and they decided to replace any remaining rear suspension parts, to rule out any underlying causes. Butch and the team at Arbutus Auto Body are just fantastic. We had to get some work done before a wedding so out-of-towners could borrow the car. They were competent and quick; later I came back with a minor bumper problem and Butch had me sorted and had on my way that day. The guys are honest here and do great work. I will be returning to Arbutus auto body!
